Pure-Pro Post Carbon Filter

The PurePro Post Carbon filter utilises coconut shell GAC and are designed to remove unpleasant taste and odours as well as sediment to produce cleaner, clearer, better tasting water.

These Granular Activated Carbon filters are easily installed on the water line to an automatic ice maker, Reverse Osmosis System or water dispensing system. The specially designed spring eliminates the question of bypass.

The PurePro Alkaline Water Filter Cartridge transforms the mildly acidic RO water into a perfect natural alkaline and calcium ionized water, improving both the taste of the water, giving the water a much softer feel.

The PurePro Alkaline filter restores beneficial nutritional minerals lost in the filtration process such as ionized calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. It therefore makes the perfect add on to any reverse osmosis water filter system with universal compatibility. The alkaline filter is highly effective in raising the pH value of reverse osmosis or distilled water to between 8.00 and 9.50.

Shipping & Returns

Collections


Collections are usually ready within 2 hours (unless stated otherwise, please call to confirm) at 47 Kempe Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 4QT.

For collections, we will need to see the order confirmation email and 2 pieces of ID (photo ID and ID with your address on it, such as a utility bill). The IDs must match the billing name and address. 

Free Delivery (UK Mainland)


All products in stock under £50 are dispatched same day and posted via Royal Mail or MyHermes to be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Orders must be placed before 15:00 (3:00pm) for same day dispatch. Please allow up to 7 working days for your item(s) to arrive.

Free Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland)


All products in stock and priced over £50 will be dispatched the same day with next working day delivery when ordered before 13:00 (1pm). Order by 1pm Monday to Friday to receive your order next working day (orders dispatched the same day have a 99% next working day delivery but please allow up to 5 working days for your item(s) to arrive). 

Saturday Delivery - £25.00 (UK Mainland)


If you require your product to be delivered on a Saturday, please select the Weekend Delivery option. Orders must be placed by Friday before 16:00 (4pm) for Saturday delivery.

Special Requirements / Backorders


For special requirements and backorders (i.e. a unique tap colour and items out of stock but available on back order) please allow up to 4 - 5 weeks (you will receive emails from us with regular updates). 

Acquapuro 3-Way Taps


Hommix UK does not keep Acquapuro items in stock. These products are stored at Aqcuapuro's warehouses and dispatched by Aqcuapuro directly. Order must be placed before 13:30 (1:30PM) for next day delivery for these items. 

At Hommix UK we strive on customer support and you'll be updated of your order at every stage of the journey. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

International Deliveries


We are now collecting prices to include local taxes, duties, and shipping expenses. The amount you pay at checkout will be the final price, inclusive of all associated costs, with no additional charges.

Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any orders placed with multiple items and you wish to return part of the item

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an automated email regarding the refund once we have processed it.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refunded amount to arrive back to the card. PayPal payments tend to be available instantaneously. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will provide you with a free returns label if your return is approved and it's a fault with the system.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All returned items will be tracked and we will notify you of the progress. We advise you provide your email address or telephone number to be notified.
