All the goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day with next working day delivery if ordered before 5PM. Order by 5PM today, receive it next working day. For special requirements (i.e. a unique tap colour) please allow up to 3-4weeks. Orders placed over the weekend by 3PM will be dispatched the same day to be delivered on Mondays (exc. bank holidays).

At Hommix UK we strive on customer support and you'll be updated of your order at every stage of the journey. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Both regular priced and sale priced items may be refunded, if you've purchased an item on sale, you'll be receiving the amount you've paid for the sale item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hommix UK, Storesafe, Harbet Rd, London N18 3QP

We will provide you with a returns label if your return is approved and it's a fault with the system. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All returned items will be tracked and we will notify you of the progress. We advise you provide your email address or telephone number to be notified.
