All the goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day with next working day delivery when ordered before 17:00 (5:00pm). Order by 5:00pm Monday to Thursday to receive your order next working day (orders dispatched the same day have a 99% next working day delivery but please allow up to 5 working days for your item(s) to arrive). 

For special requirements (i.e. a unique tap colour) please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks (you will receive emails from us with regular updates). Orders placed over the weekend by 13:00 (1:00pm) will be dispatched the same day aimed to be delivered on Mondays (exc. bank holidays) please allow up to 5 working days for your item(s) to arrive).

Hommix does not keep Acquapuro item in stock. These products are stored at Aqcuapuro's warehouses and dispatched by Aqcuapuro directly. Order must be placed before 1:30PM for next day delivery for this item. 

At Hommix UK we strive on customer support and you'll be updated of your order at every stage of the journey. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but to Hommix UK including Acquapuro products. Our returns address is:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any orders placed with multiple items and you wish to return part of the item

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an automated email regarding the refund once we have processed it.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refunded amount to arrive back to the card. PayPal payments tend to be available instantaneously. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Both regular priced and sale priced items may be refunded, if you've purchased an item on sale, you'll be receiving the amount you've paid for the sale item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

We will provide you with a free returns label if your return is approved and it's a fault with the system.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All returned items will be tracked and we will notify you of the progress. We advise you provide your email address or telephone number to be notified.
