BMB Zada Pro is a stand-alone 2-filter 7-stage Ultrafiltration system. The system is one of the only Ultrafiltration systems in the world that also removes scale. The system incorporates a state of the art filters, easy Plug & Play components and Quick Change Filter Technology (QCFT) for low-cost maintenance.

This Filter:

The purpose of the Ion Exchange Water Softener / GAC Carbon filter is to remove temporary hardness that often causes bad taste and scale formation, add great tasting minerals back into the water that does not form scale, increase the water pH to above 7.5 to produce alkaline water, further remove chlorine and other chemicals that cause bad taste and odour and act as a final polishing filter. We advise replacing this filter every 4-6 months (residential use).

The fifth stage is a specially designed resin that will remove only the temporary hardness (scale forming and bad tasting minerals) such as calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate while keeping the good tasting minerals such as Calcium (Ca+2) and Magnesium (Mg+2).

The sixth stage of the system is granule activated coconut shell carbon This filter will further remove chemicals such as chlorine, benzene, radon, solvents trihalomethane compounds, volatile organic chemicals (such as pesticides and herbicides) and act as a final polishing filter.

The seventh stage is made up entirely of Calcite mineral. This mineral will add more of the great tasting Ca+2 and Mg+2 minerals back into the water to not only produce great taste, great coffee but also give the water alkaline properties with a pH of 7.5 or greater.

BMB Zada Pro is designed for use in residential under the counter and commercial drinking water applications such as cafes where the mineral content of the water is very important for the best-tasting espressos.

This filter has 4-6 month lifetime for residential use and 1-3 months of lifetime for commercial use.

Impressive drinking water filter system

Mehmet at Hommix is so helpful, he gets top marks for customer service, you can make any enquiry, he always responds personally and honestly, a joy to trade with, thoroughly recommend. The Zada Pro drinking water filter system is excellent quality and the flow rate is fast/strong. Matt warned there could be a bit of an after taste with these ‘new’ filters, he was right, but it’s not offensive, it’s just something you might be aware of and goes away in time. Anything is better than normal hard Thames tap water, so they get the thumbs up from me. Easy to install, so long as you remember to turn off the water feed (which it doesn’t remind you to do in the enclosed instructions! )

Collections


Collections are usually ready within 2 hours (unless stated otherwise, please call to confirm) at 47 Kempe Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 4QT.

For collections, we will need to see the order confirmation email and 2 pieces of ID (photo ID and ID with your address on it, such as a utility bill). The IDs must match the billing name and address. 

Free Delivery (UK Mainland)


All products in stock under £50 are dispatched same day and posted via Royal Mail or MyHermes to be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Orders must be placed before 15:00 (3:00pm) for same day dispatch. Please allow up to 7 working days for your item(s) to arrive.

All products in stock and priced over £50 will be dispatched the same day with next working day delivery when ordered before 13:00 (1pm). Order by 1pm Monday to Friday to receive your order next working day (orders dispatched the same day have a 99% next working day delivery but please allow up to 5 working days for your item(s) to arrive). 

Saturday Delivery - £25.00 (UK Mainland)


If you require your product to be delivered on a Saturday, please select the Weekend Delivery option. Orders must be placed by Friday before 16:00 (4pm) for Saturday delivery.

Special Requirements / Backorders


For special requirements and backorders (i.e. a unique tap colour and items out of stock but available on back order) please allow up to 4 - 5 weeks (you will receive emails from us with regular updates). 

Acquapuro 3-Way Taps


Hommix UK does not keep Acquapuro items in stock. These products are stored at Aqcuapuro's warehouses and dispatched by Aqcuapuro directly. Order must be placed before 13:30 (1:30PM) for next day delivery for these items. 

At Hommix UK we strive on customer support and you'll be updated of your order at every stage of the journey. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

International Deliveries


We are now collecting prices to include local taxes, duties, and shipping expenses. The amount you pay at checkout will be the final price, inclusive of all associated costs, with no additional charges.

Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any orders placed with multiple items and you wish to return part of the item

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an automated email regarding the refund once we have processed it.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refunded amount to arrive back to the card. PayPal payments tend to be available instantaneously. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will provide you with a free returns label if your return is approved and it's a fault with the system.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
